"Housekeeping could’ve done better, no attention to details about each room requirements. We had asked for toilet paper. They didn’t store the fresh drinking water & towels. Our pillows had a strong body/ hair odour smell. I told the housekeeper but she didn’t quite understand, only changed the pillowcases. They are currently doing refurbishing for the whole block and the one opposite us. Most of them are empty. Average breakfast, 8+ in the morning they already ran out out soya milk. The second morning, they couldn’t make the noodle soup because they didn’t have gas as what the waitress told me. Food quality was average and boring. Nice pool. "

"Excellent breakfast, clean large rooms with ocean views, quiet location 5 minute walk to the beach. Great staff, rides to town, felt very safe as a solo traveler."

"The room was beautifully clean we had an amazing view and the air con was perfect slept like a baby ! The breakfast was out of this world catered for everyone and the staff were amazing definitely best hotel I’ve stayed in will definitely be back . The walk down to town and beach was only about 7 minutes walk away loved it ."

"The resort was beautiful and our room was top notch for the price point. Beyond that staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel location across from the beach adds to its 5 star rating. "

"Great room, clean and high quality. Front desk has both English and Russian speaking workers. Special thanks to Katerina for explaining everything and be sung so helpful and nice, including arranging taxi service for us. Definitely going to stay here again."

"Only thing good is the water slides. Belle (from restaurant) & Front Desk Annie are the only people I trust. Someone came Friday night to check on WiFi on my laptop ended up scrolling through my private information so I’m now changing passwords. I asked him to leave. I have a pic of him and police refused to help. Property is really big and hard to navigate and even after I informed the staff that I was having a birthday party for my son, they cut off my charging to my PAID room after 5k THB. In my HUNDREDS of hotel stays all over the world I’ve never been cut off at such a low amount. That’s $155USD. That’s one lunch in Las Vegas. Suffice to say, some staff is good, but I did not feel safe there. The typical lovely Thai culture is not exhibited overall"

"The Pullman was a great stay for us while we based ourselves in Phuket. The hotel was right on the beach and had many pool options for us to use. The kids club was FANTASTIC for our little one - one of the best clubs out of all the places we have been. It's hard to comment on the property as the place is undergoing renovations - that being said, the final day, they closed the entire main attrium for renovations. So whilst the restaurants, pool slide areas etc were all run down or shut - its hard to comment they were bad because theyre renovating and thats pretty understandable. Overall though, the hotel was extremely comfortable. The sea view room was incredible with a huge bathroom, a balcony view like the photo of the beach and pool. The breakfast was delicious every morning though could of had more options for children. Id stay again!"

"Staff brilliant, Rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable. Downsides - sunbeds and umbrellas are cheap and some are falling apart. The grounds themselves need some tlc. We stayed 20 years ago and it was a beautiful hotel. Now it’s kids focused and some of the walkways are patched up with offcuts of astroturf."
