We stayed with our teenage daughter and we all had a wonderful time. Having the butler service was great for coordinating reservations and rides, everyone was helpful and friendly. We loved the resort. Beautifully decor, ambitious, very spacious and large. The quality of the food was great. The staff was very friendly and always smiling and helpful. There were a couple of things we were not happy with and it was the sales people always trying to sale timeshares to the point that we were even woken up to the phone aggressively ringing until we answered and the seaweed on the beach.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at the Grand Palladium Kantenah resort. The staff were incredible and very helpful from check-in to check out. David and Cielo, our private concierges, made sure to keep us updated every day on activities and checking in to make sure everything was as we needed. The pools were clean and we enjoyed our relaxing time in the sun. We even did the Aquagym class and had a great time. I highly recommend this resort.

Absolutely beautiful place, service is on top!!! Great pools, especially Family Selection, where you can find spf cream, body lotion and anti mosquito cream. What was very helpful for us! In the room’s bathroom you can find L'OCCITANE cosmetics which is perfect for body and hair. We had two birthdays during the stay and the room was decorated two times for us! The food was delicious There were real flowers in each bathroom, not artificial flowers, which I loved! Only one IMPORTANT thing… watch for see grass seasons before coming! Highly recommend this resort!

The architecture and atmosphere were so breathtaking that it truly felt like being in another world The service was exceptional — every staff member was kind, welcoming, and professional. Excellent stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was friendly(Kiyoshi, Daniel, Julio and other ones) professional, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!
