"The staff was great! It was relaxing, but would be better if pools were open past 6pm as there isn't a lot to do on adult side at night. Also, the rest of the food was good, but room service food was not great."

"Another great visit to HBR. The staff was once again great. There weren’t as many people in both HBR and the larger neighboring properties, but there still was a nice amount of activities and entertainment, and the people (some usuals, some new folks) were lovely and good fun. The spa staff was once again great on HBR’s Sunday afternoon spa takeover which was fun as usual. The food was good, and the restaurants on the larger property once again offered nice choices. "Loved the hotel. My room had a swim up (given an upgrade because of Expedia ). I wish the food was better. I would say it’s 7/10. Other things I saw was that the rest of the hotel is ok the older side. But it’s ok. The family selection side is great. Loved how they have lots of things for the kids in the pool. Also wanted to mention that not a the gifts on the picture shown my Expedia is right it’s only 3 kids gifts per kids not all of them. They also have a kids club. Did not like the price on...

"Property is huge and tons to do. Was very disappointed we couldn’t use the beach at all but nothing could be done about the seaweed. Our Concierge Raul was great and took care of all our needs. We did have staff come into our room when we had the do not disturb on the door so that didn’t make us too happy but over all Highly recommend"
