"We had a very good stay. We booked the family room for our family of four. There are actually 4 single beds and 1 double beds, so the room can accommodate a larger family. "Arrived in the late afternoon after a long travel day to find our two rooms booked through Wotif were not available. Front desk did not know what Wotif was and they, as well as their boss by telephone were very unapologetic. We were left sitting in their small foyer being ignored. We could see an unmade room and hear another guest who was very unhappy with their room.
