"Very cool place to stay. Very few minor issues, communication was great. Any real issue we had was not reflective on the property, if you ever drove in Jamaica roads are a little bit rough and the one going up to the property is a little rough but not impossible by any means. The view is amazing the place is clean and the AC in the bedroom works amazing. We had an issue with the gas for the stove, but that might have been more of a user issue than anything else. Everything else worked out fine."

"If you 're tired of the same ole same ole all inclusive hotels that keep you in a little touristy bubble this is the way to go . Our experience here was the best we have has travelling to Jamaica. This is a house is located in a gated community within a community with real Jamaican neighbors.It was extremely quiet and private and besides a few people jogging in the mornings we hardly saw anyone. "It was fine for a place to sleep and had good air con. but the double bed was so small and the futon couch was extremely uncomfortable. I know it just opened up and they replaced the double with a queen the day after we left, so that’s good for future people who stay there. If you want luxury… this is not it!! We were not expecting luxury so it was adequate. The location however was perfect!! "

"The spa relaxation area was out of use and the pricing at the spa is not transparent on the app - you have to go into the spa to get the prices. Service in the restaurants , cafe and bars are excellent. Staff moving around the resort should be aware that they shout to each other and sometimes swear which is unacceptable particularly on the beach area. The rooms are well maintained and housekeeping request dealt with promptly. Room service menu is of poor quality. Evening entertainment is of a good standard. Be aware of the "welcome breakfast " It is no such thing. It is a time share type selling opportunity."

"Just returned from a very peaceful and enjoyable stay at Coyaba. The meals were good. The rooms are spacious and gorgeous, are exactly as photographed. The rooms are very clean, with good bedding. I would rate the staff at this property as exceptional: very polite, helful, friendly and make you feel right at home. The property is very quiet and laid back, so if that's the vibe you are looking for this is it."
