"The Expedia address was wrong. It took me to a trailer park and caused us a lot of stress. The staff was very friendly. The Villa is old, but the location is superb. The overall cleanliness was great. My only issue was with the bedroom floors. Dusty and cob webs in the bedrooms. The bathrooms were perfectly clean. Breakfast is simple but beautifully served with a great view."

"This Hotel and restaurant is fantastic ! The hosts are very knowledgeable about the are and are extremely pleasant to talk with. We stayed in their suite with a private balcony overlooking the valley and vineyard. Their restaurant was awesome! we had what was probably the best American smash burger we have ever had, and the lasagna was to die for. Did I mention wines???? absolutely wonderful wines (and plum jam made with wine)... we had to weigh our bags to make sure we took home (Alaska)...

"Das historische Haus ist toll und modern renoviert ohne den Charme zu verlieren. Das Badezimmer hat eine große Dusche, einen großen Fön sowie ein großes Fenster. Das Zimmer hatte eine tolle Größe. Außerdem gab es 4 Flaschen Wasser gratis. Bei unserem Aufenthalt gab es ein Musikfestival, wovon man aber nichts im Zimmer gehört hat. Das Frühstück wird mit sehr viel Liebe als kleines Buffet vorbereitet. Obstsalat ist frisch gemacht in kleinen Portionen, Eierspeisen und Kaffees werden frisch auf...

"Es befand sich in unserer modernen Ferienwohnung ein Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und 2 Toiletten, sowie ein Geschirrspüler und alles, was man sich in einer Ferienküche wünscht. Insgesamt positiv anzumerken war auch der Zimmerservice und die allgemeine Sauberkeit. Man konnte den Spa Bereich privat je eine Stunde für das Zimmer reservieren. Das Personal war allgemein sehr freundlich :-)"

"The property was great. We had beautiful views of the mountains and lake. Breakfast by Alfredo was delicious and he also serve as our valet and helped with our luggage to our car down the stairs. I did not realize how many stairs there were to get to the building. The only thing I disliked was the faucet in the bathroom. It made a mess. It was unique but made it difficult to wash face and brush teeth. Overall it was beautiful. Suzanna was fantastic."

"Wir waren auf de Durchreise in den Süden. Dafür war die Unterkunft genau richtig. Zimmer und Bad waren gut ausgestattet. Das Abendessen und der Service waren ausgesprochen gut. Das Frühstück war dagegen recht übersiichtlich. Allerdings auch nachvollziehbar, da die Unterkunft nur wenige Zimmer hat. Für uns war das Frühstück dennoch ausreichend. Auch der leckere Cappuccino und der freundliche Service verdienen ein großes Lob. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"This hotel is a gem in Orvieto. Its location is excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The boutique property is very clean and classy, and the décor is unexpectedly unique, modern, and beautiful. The room was also very nice. I especially appreciated being able to step in from the street into a quiet, peaceful courtyard — the entrance is understated but classy. The breakfast offered each morning was excellent. I would gladly stay at this hotel again when returning to Orvieto."
