"It’s not like a typical hotel, it’s a very friendly atmosphere , nice clean spacious rooms, good breakfast with locally produced food. It’s very quiet and you are woken up in the morning to the sound of the cockerels- unless you choose to close the windows. I’d stay here again anytime."

"The Agriturismo Il Colle in Bellagio is a gem. The advantage of having parking can not be over emphasized. That is outstanding. It does require a short walk into the town center, but that is not too bad and the parking is totally worth it. The self wine dispenser is a lovely service. The setting is beautiful and it is wonderful to have a glass of wine and admire the lake and mountains. I would certainly stay there again."

The online reviews are accurate, and both the hotel and previous guests strongly recommend travelling by car, as taxis can cost €35–45 each way and many firms are reluctant to travel up to the property.
