"There was no aircon on the hottest days of the year, we weren’t the only guests struggling with the heat, we were given a fan which blew hot air at us and then a cooling machine, also there was building work going on which would have been good to know when choosing to book, don’t expect a leisurely lay in as work starts early"

"Broken AC (in a heat wave). 2am someone in fixing it. Gum stuck to table at check in. Had to call for towels everyday, room was cleaned once in 4 nights (requested daily). Took absolutely forever to check in with no explanation just disappeared for 15 minutes. We had to laugh it got so bad. Too bad, used to really enjoy his hotel and it’s just gone so downhill."

"The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge is a great hotel for couples and families. The are located within walking distance from Parliament, Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben), and Westminster Abbey. There is a magnificent view from the breakfast area of it all! The hotel is very beautiful, clean and quiet. The selection from hot and cold breakfast items is very good. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. The security staff are very helpful. In particular Abigail who went above and beyond when we had a medical emergency. Not to mention St Thomas’ hospital is directly across the street from the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge. This centrally located hotel is perfect for sightseeing the major attractions. There are many options from the underground, which is a short walk away. To the taxis, and public transportation that stop at this hotel. We had a wonderful stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge!"
