Excellent hotel in central London. Unbeatable location. Easily accessible via the Tube from Heathrow.

Excellent location, professional staff and very clean. Room was a bit small but not an issue since we ventured out all day and only used the room for getting a good night's rest.

First day - lock pin didn’t work and no cold water for some time Second day - no water so toilet flush didn’t work until early evening almost 12-15 hours with no water. Stay at your own risk where there is no in person reception and only had to rely on WhatsApp text especially when on vacation prefer ...

Good for anyone going to A Rugby game at the Stoop or Twickenham.
Pretty nice area, very convenient to get to/around London.

Didn't spend much time there but seems a nice neighbourhood.
