"Disappointing. The safe and fridge didn’t work. The staff were unhelpful. I was told I had to be in the room for the safe to be fixed and they would send maintenance straight away. After 15 mins I went back to reception as I couldn’t wait any longer. I’d emptied the safe and had all valuables with me so I asked them to fix the safe without me present but was told that I still had to be there. I was attending a conference and the hotel was offering free breakfast to delegates but as I’d booked through Expedia they wanted to charge me £20 per day for breakfast and would not budge on this even though I paid on arrival at the hotel. They left new towels when I didn’t want them but didn’t remove the old ones or the used mugs. They replenished coffee but I didn’t have a clean mug to drink from There was no bath plug so unable to relax in a bath Overall well below my expectations "
