"The resort is in a fantastic location for anyone traveling with friends or family. Staff was super helpful. Only critique I have is the hotel cleanliness could of been a little better. Some of the hallway didnt smell very good and the room was cleaned very well upon arrival. Other than that a great resort."

"The watersides are disappointing, especially for $25 a day. The pools were small. The rooms were old and dirty. There was a nasty film on the jet tubs. Ours had 10 air conditioning units right outside that never shut off. The restaurants were overpriced and the wait staff was lackluster. Don’t get suckered into a timeshare presentation, 90 minutes is timeshare for 4 hours. Only plus, Walmart is right across the street. "

"Room was very clean staff was good at the front desk but no one answers phone but they answer texts so very happy about that. Breakfast was amazing and kitchen in room amazing I will be staying here again love how big my suite was "

"Pool was amazing...could use a bit more dish and laundry detergent... One thing I struggle with is the cost of $9 to rent a tube for one day. I had seven people in my family...so to spend $63 per day on just tubes is hard to justify. "

"My experience was a mix of positives and a small area for improvement. On Monday morning, the front desk staff was not very friendly or welcoming, which made the check-in experience less pleasant than expected. However, I want to especially recognize Elizabeth, who was serving breakfast on Tuesday (3/31). She was incredibly warm, cheerful, and welcoming—truly a standout. She made the morning enjoyable and created a great atmosphere for guests. I would give her 100% for her outstanding service. The rooms were clean, and I appreciated that housekeeping maintained them well each day. A big thank you to Elizabeth and the cleaning crew for helping make our stay comfortable and enjoyable for our family. Thank you! 🙏 "
