"The stay was great just didn’t get housekeeping at all the entire stay. Had to hunt them down for towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. Other than that it was a great stay. I really enjoyed the television options after a long day out in the sun."

"When i checked in i was given an upgrade from a room to a suite, it was spacious, fridge,microwave,kitchen, TV's in both living room and bedroom. The room was clean well kept, the room service did an excellent job of cleaning daily. The breakfast was standard, the pool was great , the lake view was beautiful, the location to disney very close , shuttle service provided timely to all theme parks. Discounts provided to hotel customers on theme park tickets. The lounge area couch was most comfortable, Lobby area staff was very professional , corteous, accommodating and helpful. I definitely would recommend staying there."

"We stayed here for 10 days this June. Honestly the two things I very much disliked was when you check in they send you over to a desk with another staff member to get your parking pass. It’s a scam to get you involved in a time share. The woman who I sat down with couldn’t take no for an answer. All I wanted was my parking pass. After wasting almost a half hour of my time I had to get up while she was still talking and told her for the 10th time NO! I don’t want to do it! She was rude and obnoxious. Nobody should feel pressure like that right when they check in. She made me really mad. Second thing was the pullout bed/couch. Metal pieces jagging into my son’s back. Was the worst pullout couch ever! That mattress shouldn’t even be called a mattress! Other than those two horrible experiences the rest of the place was superb. Loved the room and amenities, loved the pool and pool bar. My son loved the food at the marketplace inside the lobby. I would definitely stay here again. Just a heads up about the pushing of the time share. That was obnoxious!"
