"Lobby was very nice. Front desk staff excellent. Room was very poor. Room door stuck so bad had to use shoulder each time to enter. Bathroom sink held together with chalking. Coffee maker was absolutely disgusting. Would not use it under any circumstances. Unless visiting Disney, I would not recommend this property. Needs updating. "

"The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was clean. The hotel itself became dated since the last time we were there several years ago. Breakfast was a bit below average."

"Hotel and rooms could use some maintenance. I had to ask for a second room as the first one the door would not lock. It would just hit the strike plate but was not aligned. The second room after several tries could be locked but you could see where someone tried to pry their way into the room and the extra metal plate was bent out from the outside. Having rooms facing out to the parking already doesn’t feel as secure as a hotel and feels more like a motel. Which just meant every time I left the room I took everything with me. Not very convenient. Also make sure that windows are locked as both rooms had window closed but locks were left open which was also not very secure."

"We really like this hotel. We come back every time, it’s perfect to get some sleep and a good breakfast. We like that it’s close to Disney park which is very convenient when you travel with kids and they are tired."
