"Exceptional! However, there is no microwave in the rooms. No iron or ironing boards. Had to request for iron. There was no sheets/blanket available for the sofa beds. Had to request for them and attendant brought them quickly to our room.
Further, some cleaners couldn’t communicate in English. Had a hard time communicating with them. "
"The property itself was great. We didnt stay in the room for very long but check in was seamless and quick, parking was no issue and the location was ideal for our time at the Disney Parks. The room itself looked slightly barren as if furniture that used to be in the room was no longer there but thats all"
"everything seemed broken, the bathroom light was very dim and extractor didn't work so it would get very humid and nothing would dry. there was no hot water either so had to take cold uncomfortable showers. exterior areas were also very dilapidated. although breakfast was included it was very limited(toast/cereal) and they did not even let you take anything out of the dinning area which seemed to be a problem with other guests staying there, i personally did not have a problem since i ate there but i could understand if you just want to head out to the theme parks and want to take a bagel on the go it seemed like they should have been more accommodating, you had to check in with room number to enter the dining area regardless so i don't see why they made this an issue either and is not like they had a real continental breakfast with eggs and sausage and such, just very stingy behavior for the measly variety they had to offer. overall i recommend this to people on a budget with no kids as they seem to have a crowd of pot smokers that likes to use their parking lots also, it was very disappointing in all assets "
