"The room has a muggy smell. It went away after we turned the fan on in the room. The brown blankets are very rough and of low quality. May be good idea to change them to a cozy comforter. We loved the cookies and the staff are good, specially Kim"

"Staff was very helpful but the rooms are showing their age. One room we were in the ac unit was so loud another room bathroom light above shower wasn’t working and the kitchen area 3 lights were out and the bathroom the faucet was lose and about to fall over. The countertop in the bathroom also had a large chunk broken off."

"Modern hotel with more than enough amenities for everyone. We arrived early and even though our room was not ready we were able to use the pool while we we waited. Only problem was without a room key we were stuck in the lazy river area because you need a keycard to exit in order to use rest rooms or access the bar area. We had to go all the way at around the hotel on the outside in order to get back into the hotel. That was only a temporary problem until we had our room key. Loved having a full kitchen and laundry machine inside our room. Would love to stay again. "

"I Checked in around 9PM and check-out before 8AM. I paid $93 to expedia and I was charged $20 fee at the hotel. The worst Breakfast I have ever had in a hotel that includes this service. Egg was cold, sausage not well cooked while service personal (young lady) was on the mobile phone. The best part of the hotel was the pilots. Check out was not the best experience. I didn’t feel welcome or greet. "
