"Great location away from Waikiki traffic, but just a short Uber ride to enjoy Waikiki. Access to Ala Moana Mall was great. Room was clean and comfortable and staff was very nice."

Renaissance Honolulu Hotel & Spa
"Had a suite, 5 people total. Requested that the sofa bed be made. The staff never finished despite several attempts. Our kids had to sleep without sheets. Also, big wet spot on the carpet in our room. Our socks got soaked stepping in it. Would not recommend."

Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort

Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort
"We had the "Family Room" which was supposed to have 2 double beds and 1 twin suitable for 5 people. Instead we had 2 large twin beds and 1 regular twin. Two people cold not sleep in the larger twin beds, which made it unacceptable. The "Family Room" is only suitable for 3 people!"

The Twin Fin Hotel
"The elevators are very slow and insufficient for the size of the hotel. Housekeeping did not show up every day as requested and did not replace towels and other used items. The valet parking was slow with a 30 minute wait several times."
