"My wife and I have been staying here on and off for 30 years. As a Pacific Islander I am used to “aloha spirit.” In my opinion your hotel has lost most of that. Also the $45 resort fee was outrageous. There is no poor, no leisure room, no work out equipment, so what are we paying for? No coffee machine ..."
