"Had a suite, 5 people total. Requested that the sofa bed be made. The staff never finished despite several attempts. Our kids had to sleep without sheets. Also, big wet spot on the carpet in our room. Our socks got soaked stepping in it. Would not recommend."

"They don’t tell anyone about there “ unique “ elevator system at check in and a lot of people are getting lost on the elevator’s. They should just have regular elevators that everyone knows how to use. Also they need MICROWAVES in the rooms."
