"We had rented the room with 3 queen beds. The room was nice, except we had ants on the 9th floor. On the second day the ants were worse so I went to the front desk and they immediately moved us to the 14th floor. When I went to the room to check before we started moving in, I opened up the sofa bed, the 3rd queen bed in the room, and there was a note under the cushion saying do not open the bed, ask for a rollaway bed. Well I didn’t spend $5k to have someone sleeping on a rollaway bed, so back...

"This review is about a specific room I booked on Expedia. It was on the ground floor, at the end of a hallway. The room itself was fine, probably like all other rooms. However, it only had a small window facing onto the sidewalk and most of that window was covered by a panel masked with what looked like fake green leaves. "**The Laylow was AMAZING!** I could not have asked for a better place to stay. I am already looking forward to going back to Hawaii, and honestly, I would go back just to stay at this hotel! The Laylow is conveniently located near everything. You can take a quick 10-minute walk and be at the beach, and there are amazing food spots and a donut shop right across the street. The location is perfect! The housekeeping staff was amazing, and the rest of the hotel staff was just as friendly and...
