My favourite thing was the beautiful roof top swimming pool and bar with friendly staff and good knowledge of Hanoi. The views up there fabulous especially sunset. The breakfast buffet was in the restaurant just down the stairs from pool on level below. The staff everywhere in this hotel were the best! Eager to help, polite and friendly. The hotel manager Duke went out of his way to make sure you enjoyed your time. The room was nice and featured spa jets in the bathtub shower. Good location for Train Street and Old Quarter sightseeing. I enjoyed my few days in Hanoi and will be back !
