"Su Casa is a great apartment properry in Hanoi. It has a great location, very attentive staff, clean, spacious rooms, fast WiFI, and a nice roofdeck lounging area. Our 2 BR 3rd floor aprtment had a wonderful floor to ceiling wondow overlooking the Old Quarter and a great kitchen area for making small meals.We had a minor issues with checkinf in but Su Casa has a a "hot line" that easily solved our problem. Best part is their breakfast buffet, it seems the menu changes daily and the view is fantastic. You can even asked for prepacked breakfast if your itinerary starts early.. 5 star!"

"Wake up early for a fresh breakfast. Everyday they have slight changes to the buffet, but the main course stays the same. Good drinks , good aircon , the skybar is open air. They also have an indoor bar for aircon lovers . The main reason I gave 5 stars is the helpful staff. The hotel is right in the middle of all the action . If your flight arrives in weekend , it will be a headache taking your luggage into that street since it’s closed. No cars can go through . Just fyi. But if you call the staff ; they’ll probably go all the way to the end of the street to help . Good bed"
