"They gave us a room without a window which was great as it blocked a lot of the noise from the streets.
The room was clean and comfortable, the AC and hot water worked well.
The staff were very kind and helpful with booking our day trip to Ninh Binh which was an amazing experience.
The location is excellent, there is very good food right outside and a pharmacy steps away, you are also across the street from a hospital should you need it.
I will be coming back to Hanoi and staying at this...
