"The hotel is brilliantly positioned in the old quarter of Hanoi. The beds and pillows are top quality and comfortable. The room (family, 3 bed) was spacious with plenty of storage space. The 'city view' consisted of the side of a building which was a bit disappointing but since we didn't spend very much time in the room this was fine. We prefer to eat a late breakfast and by the time we ate breakfast at around 8:45/9:00am, the cooked elements were only lukewarm, however, eggs are made to order and there's a varied selection of cold dishes too. Had a lovely stay at this hotel. "

"The staff is incredible. They are attentive, hard working and go out of their way to make sure that everyone is happy and have what they need. The standard rooms are tiny and outdated. We were moved to a larger, renovated room and it was perfect. The restaurant is excellent. Food is fresh and service is exceptional. Welcome drink and desert was lovely and the parting gift was a nice touch. Reserved transport from the airport directly with the hotel. Very convenient, reliable and efficient. No need to haggle at the airport. The driver waits for you in arrival section with your name on a sign. "

"We have a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The room is very clean, spacious and has all the necessary things we need for our stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing our family looked forward to it each day, they even provided a packed breakfast for us in some days when we have to leave the hotel early. The staff are very accommodating, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time in Hanoi. They are specially caring to our kids too especially when one of them was unwell after our return from Sapa. Its location is perfect, near Hoan Kiem lake, St. Joseph cathedral, there is a supermarket and a few blocks from the night market and all the amazing souvenir shops and restaurants."

The front desk staffs Lisa, Thomas & Sunny are one of the most attentive & professional staffs plus not forgetting the chefs, waitress, houskeeping ladies & bellman too. The front desk staffs are helpful in arranging the transportation to the airport and well knowledge of the area including giving us advice on safety before going out.
