The room was very clean. Staff members were friendly and attentive. Just FYI, the mattress was quite hard, so it’s great for back sleepers but not so much for side sleepers. Also, the spa is actually located a couple of blocks away and not exactly at the hotel.

L’HÔTEL du LAC Hanoi
Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel Skybar was very nice. Room looked a bit bigger in the pictures, but was still reasonable.

Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel
The hotel was well situated in the old city. The staff was great. We especially loved Mia. She was warm and welcoming and very responsive to our needs. She booked our bus ride to Sapa and responded on what’s app immediately when I wrote to her. She made the stay more special.
