เรียวกังใน ฮาโกเนะ

"The property is a traditional ryokan which is a bit of fun. At first is appears to be in a difficult location for English speakers but once you know where the bus goes to and from it is quite convienent. However, you do need to be prepared to eat from the seven eleven in the evenings as a lot of the restaurants close super early and the ryokan does not provide meals. T(there is a great sushi ya next to the 7/11) The staff team were very helpful. We had left our passports at our previous hotel...

"Matauzakaya Honten was such an amazing experience and location to stay. The staff were all incredibly friendly and the entire place had a very inviting atmosphere. I had a room with an open air onsen, and the staff walked me through all the amenities available to me. From how to work the onsen to a brief tour and history of the property, all the way to the free items and beverages they have, as well as the rooms where you can play games or relax with other guests. When I come back to Japan in...

"We stayed 1 night and throughly enjoyed our time. We wish we had stayed longer. We arrived at the property after spending the day exploring Hakone. We had taken the pirate ship across Lake Ashi and then took a bus to the stop right outside the ryokan. We were instructed to remove our shoes and don the provided slippers. The staff warmly greeted us and confirmed our onsen time which we had scheduled the day before. We booked ours for after dinner. We were led to our room which was a very clean...

"Friendly staff and very traditional ryokan, the food was amazing!"

"El personal exceptional, la comida muy buena la ubicacion excelente. Le falta un poco de mantenimiento al lugar."

"This is not a Ryokan operated by the owners it's run by a kind staff who are going through a well planned routine but it does lack the personal.touch we would have loved. The pools are nice but they are next to the road so you can hear cars. One of the meals was just ok the other (shabu shabu) was outstanding. So a mixed experience but mid range appropriate at the price."

"Great place for solo travelers and couples. Very relaxing, very private, very lowkey, very calming"

"พนักงานพยายามให้บริการดีมาก แม้ว่าจะสื่อสารกันลำบากนิดหน่อย Shuttle bus เฉพาะก่อน 10:30 เท่านั้น"

"clean, comfortable traditional Japanese Ryokan. No english spoken but kind and capable staff. low ceilings. beautiful serene escape in the middle of the city. food was amazing, beautiful, tasty (not always identifiable, but very traditional) and plentiful. would love to go back. "
