We loved having our own onsen to enjoy and it was wonderful to enjoy traditional meals. There is a free shuttle bus from Hakone Yumoto station to Hakone Yuyo hot spring resort which is right across the street from the hotel that we were able to use. If you have large luggage the shuttle bus doesn't work because it has no luggage storage. It was a short walk to the train to start our Hakone Loop journey.

房間出乎意料的大間寬敞，還有私人的泡湯浴池，讓疲憊的一天得到紓解非常的開心，晚餐及早餐都非常的豐富，讓我們可以吃的很飽，私人的浴池幾乎是全天候開放的狀態，還有飯店到車站的免費接駁車，讓我們省去疲憊的奔波。

パートナーと二人での宿泊でしたが、部屋も清潔で、露天も二人で入っても十分な大きさでした！ （湯船に二人で入るとお湯があふれ過ぎるので、そこは客側の常識が必要かと） 食事も、夕食、朝食ともに十分満足できるものでした！事前にお食事の量、内容をお尋ねさせていただきましたが、丁寧にお教えいただき、ありがとうございました。 大浴場も、今回は３度とも貸し切り状態で、安心して長湯させていただけました。 温泉三昧の一泊二日を堪能させていただき、ありがとうございました！ ちなみに、チェックアウト時間を税込１，１００円で一時間延長していただくことで、余裕をもってその先の計画などもでき、また、おうかがいさせていただきたいと思います。

専用露天風呂付きの和室を予約しました。部屋は二人で使うのには十分の広さで、布団も清潔感があり、フカフカで寝心地が良かったです。シャワーは大浴場にしかない事を事前にクチコミで把握しておりましたので、特に違和感なく、コロナ対策で大浴場の洗い場の使用を半分に制限してソーシャルディスタンスを徹底させたり、受付時に夕食の開始を部屋毎に時間差を設けるなどの営業方針には、当館の努力と工夫が見えて感心しております。食事も朝夕ともに美味しく、量も丁度良かったです。

They lost our reservation and made us sit in the lobby for half an hour while waiting to figure out if we had a place to stay or not. It was too late to order dinner there--you have to book in advance. The room was nice, and the hot spring-fed bath on the patio was lovely, though it might not work for two tall people at the same time.

A little bit off-track

A nice Ryokan in Tonosawa. Tonosawa is not in the middle of Hakone and a little bit off track. The hotel has a small Onsen but we went to the public Onsen nearby. More valuable. Nice dinner and breakfast.
