Webで予約し、電話確認は必要ありませんとのことで、当日ホテルに行くと名前がないと言われて。とても気分がめいりました。 娘夫婦と孫の誕生日祝いをかねて １日遊んで来たら…ホテルのせいではないと思いますが「名前がないんですよねぇ」って えっ？あたしが嘘ついてる？予約ちゃんと してない？みたいに…一瞬嫌な気分でした。 結局、名前が先になっていて名字が 後になっていて見つけられなかったらしいです。確定のメールはちゃんと名字が先になっていたのに、とても不思議で不安しかありませんでした。大丈夫ですよとか何か 安心させてくれるような言葉がほしかったです。

朝食バイキング飲み放題はここだけ

時間帯ではチェックインが時間がかかります。特に団体などと同じになると結構時間がかかります。館内も複雑で慣れないと食事会場や温泉にたどり着けません。川沿いだと結構川の流れの音が気になります。ただこの値段でバイング飲み放題はほかにはないので我慢できる範囲です。

ゆっくりできました

今回、一人旅で料金を抑えたかったため利用させていただきました。 到着するとすでに布団が敷いてあり、朝夜バイキング形式だったため、スタッフの方が途中で入ってくることもなく、一人の場合は気を遣わず済むため、むしろこの形式で良かったと思いました。部屋も4人部屋ぐらいの広さがあり、一人には十分すぎる広さでした。 大浴場は多くても5人ぐらいしか入っておらず、ゆたっりは入れたため、4度も入ってしまいました。 食事は夕食70分、朝食40分の時間制限があり、前半後半の2部制でした。 今回はどちらも後半でしたが、夕食の会場に行くと、前半のグループがまだ食事をしており、席が空いていない、かつ、食事も残り物しか無いような感じでした。 同じようなことを口にしているお客さんが複数いました。 途中で席に案内されましたが、前半のグループの方の席を切り離して座ることになったため、蜜になるだけでなく、周りの人から注目を浴びたため、嫌な思いをしました。食事の時間も実質40分ぐらいしか無かったです。 前半が18:00開始、後半が18:30開始でしたが、後半を18:50開始ぐらいにすると、バランスが良かったのではないかと思います。お酒の種類が豊富だったため、酒好きの方には最高だと思いますが、食事は残り物が多かったことと、質的にも満足できるものではありませんでした。 朝食は和食中心でしたが、混み合っていることもなく、また、味も全体的に美味しかったです。 改善点を踏まえても、コスパは最高で、ゆったりもできたため、また湯河原に来ることがあった際は、是非泊まりたいと思います。

The included buffet dinner and buffet breakfast were great and included all-you-can-drink sodas, tea, and coffee. All dishes were cooked and flavored for the Japanese people. They were tasteful, plentiful, and fresh. The bathroom was clean and fresh. The tub was big enough for a nice bath. A/C was quiet and cold for the summer heat. The room was big enough for us and bright. The leather chair in the room was old and ripped. The carpet was old. The pillow is soft and nice. The twin beds were big for us but not comfortable.

とても過ごしやすいです。 コンセントがベッドの枕に近いところになかったですが、延長コードが床に延びてます。 建物がいくつかに別れており、風呂や朝食会場に行く連絡通路が限定階にしかないですが、特に難点に感じませんでした。

快適さなしの古ホテル

建物が古く館内が迷路のようで食事場所へ行くのに迷子になる。アルコール飲み放題のせいか食事時間が短かすぎる。 部屋の清潔さが感じられない。虫はいるし窓サッシは汚れ。殺虫消毒してほしい。他のグループホテルのほうがまだいい。
