素晴らしいロケーションです！

建物自体は歴史を感じるものがありますが、非常に清潔にされていました。部屋は広く、目の前に川が流れており自然を感じられる素晴らしいロケーションでした。お値段の割に食事も十分な内容で申し分ありませんでした。また利用したいと思います。

騒がしくて大変申し訳ありませんでした。とても下駄箱の鍵を無くしてしまったのにもかかわらず対応も迅速で、非常に良くしていただきました。滞在中もスタッフの方も笑顔で、過ごしやすいお宿でした。またお伺いしたいなと思える宿泊でした。ありがとうございました。

Private outdoor hot spring is small but neat. Good food with all-you-can-drink at dinner. Great cost performance. But it should have explained better the swap of women's bath time with men's in the morning. Change the signage at least. But overall, satisfactory.

大人２名、子供２名の４名で１泊させていただきました。 歴史ある建物での宿泊ですので、設備の古さや部屋の状況など、評価は好き嫌いで二分されると思います。 私は古い建物に宿泊することが好きなので、多少の不便さや部屋の状況が真新しくなくても、問題ありません。むしろ、情緒があって、宿泊を楽しむことができます。 宿泊したのは、２回の「せせらぎ」という部屋です。角部屋になっていて、川の流れを縁側から広くみることができます。縁側の床は、所々、柔らかくなっていて、大丈夫かな？と思うところもありますが、古い建物なので、仕方ありませんね。とても暑い時期でしたが、エアコンは比較的新しくなっていて、快適でした。建物が古い分、隙間も多いのですが、かえってエアコンが効きすぎないのがよかったです。部屋のお風呂も狭いながら、湯船のスペースは広いので、楽しめます。 夕食は、おすすめのコースでしたが、少し、コストを意識しすぎた感じだったのが残念です。品数は少なくても良いので、質の高い品に絞ってもらえると、更によかったと思います。 スタッフの皆様の対応が素晴らしく、そこが、一番のオススメです。

箱根の老舗宿

建物は古いですが、老舗旅館の風情があります。 感染防止のため、部屋に布団を敷くなどのサービスは停止していましたが、従業員の方も親切で不便はありませんでした。 料理もお酒もこだわりが感じられ、美味しく、コスパが高いと思いました。

歴史を感じる雰囲気のある良い旅館。2歳の子連れだったが、スタッフみなさん親切で、デザートを部屋に持ち帰らせてくれたりとか、心地よく過ごせました。 古い旅館なので致し方ないと思いますが、部屋風呂も夜には止まってしまうのは、玉にキズでした。

Old style - Perfect!

Excellent ryokan-style accommodation and impeccable service. Very nice environment. Perhaps, for breakfast, a non-seafood&rice alternative could be offered for those of us with less appetite in the early morning hours.

A traditional Japanese style inn. I have booked the room with a panoramic hot spring bath, is a great experience. They provide traditional Japanese style breakfast and dinner, the food is tasty.

價格親民，下次還會來

在高價位的箱根，一之湯的價格算是非常親民的。運氣好還可以住到景色超好的房間，要注意溫泉飯店小孩住宿無論大小都要提供，而且未必能加床鋪，不是所有的臥室都有馬桶和浴室，這次住到沒有馬桶和衛浴的房間，半夜出去使用公共廁所感覺寒冷又恐怖，洗澡則是到公共澡堂，澡堂是有趣又舒服的體驗，但沒有馬桶真的不方便，但每一個空間都非常乾淨。一泊二食早晚餐都很好吃，下次到箱根還會想住，但是這裡完全沒有電梯，搬大行李到3樓真的累人。

Location is easily accessible with a bus stop just outside the hotel. Room is spacious with an outdoor bath which is a really cool experience. Portion for breakfast and dinner is huge and good as well.

古色古香的傳統日式旅館

蠻古色古香的傳統日式旅館，大浴場雖然沒有很大，但是溫泉很舒服，很傳統的泡澡方式。整棟旅館幾乎都是木頭建造，走路會有點聲音，會怕吵到別人。早餐很精緻，餐廳可看見風景，一早就有好心情。停車位不多，有需要要早點到，留鑰匙給旅館協助移車，車站附近很熱鬧。

レトロ感を満喫‼︎

家族旅行で宿泊しました。歴史ある建物で、部屋は和室で雪見障子あり…、鏡台あり…。それがとてもいい雰囲気でした。食事も大満足‼︎ 量が多くて残してしまい申し訳なかったのですが、大変美味しくいただきました。清掃がすみずみまでとても綺麗にされていて、廊下はピッカピカッ‼️ とても気持ち良く過ごせました。スタッフの皆さんも優しい対応で嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。
