"Very dirty and old hotel. Moreover, front desk very rude and look down customer. Breakfast not worth with 13 euro. Never seen theworst mercure in elsewhere around the world before. The reason i choose this hotel because from the website look nice and new but the real one incredible different. Dont trust picture from the site!"
"We arrived at 11am and were checked in by very courteous staff; were able to enter our room not long after a brief walk in the neighbourhood. Suite has a kitchenette and washing machine (we didn't use). Staff turned the sofa into a bed by the time we returned to the suite in the evening. A couple of doors up the same road is a Dia supermarket. Closest metro station Ruben Dario, a 10 min walk downhill past the US embassy.
Light switch for bedroom reading lamp was dirty; yellow crusted substance....

"Het was een heel fijn en aangenaam verblijf. Alles was zeer netjes en schoon. Het personeel hier is ook zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is een 24 uur bewakingsparking in de buurt maar auto’s hoger dan 205 of met dankoffers zoals dat bij ons het geval was kunnen daar niet. Dat is dan wel een minpunt.
Gelukkig is het na 21 uur s avonds wel gratis parkeren tot 09. uur s ochtends gratis parkeren in de straat tegenover het hotel. Toevallig had ik vanuit mijn hotelraam zicht op mijn wagen. Op...
"Staff were friendly and accomodating. The area was safe for family with kids. Metro station and bus stop is across the entrance of the hotel. It is right in front of plaza de españa. A lot of restaurants and stores for food options and daily necessities. Breakfast is very good with a lot of options, I especially liked the omelette station. We are actually going back here to stay for the last leg of our Spain vacation. The airport is about 20mins away for travel information."
