"Our flight was moved out ab extra day and when i atttempted to cancel and rebook for the next day, I was going to be charged a three hundred dollar cancelation fee for a room of less than three hundred so i just kept the room and never used it and found a better hotel."

"We have been coming to the New Yorker for many years. Older hotel that's bones have some character. Some of the cheaper rooms are small. Staff is always accommodating, and location can't be beat."

"Our stay in New York was amazing! The hotel location is incredible and made it very easy to explore the city. The hotel itself is very good, super clean and organized, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We loved everything! As a suggestion, it would be great if they had a minibar in the room, as it would make the experience even better. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again!"

"For a hotel at this level there should be coffee and tea in the room or free coffee stations in the lobby. To expect guest to pay for tea or coffee is not commendable."

"The rooftop restaurant was so good! The food was phenomenal and the view was amazing. The hotel lobby bar was always busy but easy to get a drink"

"Room was very clean and had beautiful view. Loved the actual hotel. The cons - Parking is expensive at the hotel and was sold out the night we wanted to use it. Very hard to find street parking anywhere nearby. Shuttle to train was good but extended times especially at night on weekends would be better appreciated."
