"Staff was friendly with the check in process. Just make sure you have the check in code that is sent ahead of time ready. Hotel room was small but it was good value for the location and they have a lobby with drinks and snacks on the 1st floor. Hotel is in a safe area around a theater and there are small food spots and a convenience store within a block. Its close to multiple subway stations so it made getting around Tokyo easy. Taxi to and from the hotel to Hanada airport was over $55 USD each...
