Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Staff were courteous, the room was clean and spacious by Tokyo standards, and the location is quite convenient. It’s a solid hotel for someone looking a comfortable stay in Tokyo.
The staff were amazing: professional, friendly, helpful, eager to ensure your stay was enjoyable. This hotel was immaculate and very comfortable and quiet.
This was a very nice stay. The service from the staff was exceptional and have made our experience highly memorable, they also speak good English which was so nice. The bed is a little hard is my only minor criticism. I highly recommend this hotel for its high quality food and the view within the restaurant is amazing.
The location is great, near Shimbashi station and walking distance to all of the shopping in Ginza.
The hotel was exceptional, the room was clean, the provided breakfast was delicious and the service staff were absolutely amazing.
Special shoutout to our hostess Natsuko who made us feel extra special on our honeymoon.
10/10 experience, highly recommend staying at the Celestine Ginza!!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Staff excellent, friendly. Room clean and nice but limited clothes storage space. Breakfast is a set menu with 3 different choices, very well presented and tasty
Service and staff were great, welcoming. Well situated, close to subway that goes directly to Tokyo station, Yokohama, Narita. Very good breakfast. Thank you everyone.
Very nice boutique hotel well located in Ginza. Modern, clean but very small rooms. Very attentive staff. The dining room was beautiful with a view; however, we did not dine there, because of there were other nearby dining options.
Excellent service and location. We went for a drink at the bar and it was a little warm. Minor complaint since the view was great and the staff warm and inviting.
Everything about this hotel was great including staff and service. Close by to shops and restaurants offering a variety for different types of tourists. The only disconnect was the breakfast…it can feel a little slow especially during the weekends where every guest is arriving at the same time which backlogs the orders with limited staffing. I hope they can change the breakfast to more of a quick buffet style where guests can get their food and be on their way versus the pre-fixed menu. From sit down ordering to getting your food takes a good 20-30 minutes.
The staff was wonderful and the area around the hotel is really nice. The rooms are small, but very efficiently laid out..I would definitely go back to this hotel when I come back to Tokyo
