The staff was very friendly and there is an airport bus to Narita airport leaving from right across the street which was convenient for airport transfer. Breakfast buffet was the most limited of all 3 hotels we stayed during our trip and we walked to another hotel nearby with a better selection. Location is within walking distance to all Ginza shopping. Loved that pajamas were provided and changed daily in all hotels we stayed which helped with the luggage space.
