"Clean room, bathroom. Free breakfast, limited to oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, muffins & cereal, some fruit. Which worked fine for us. Appreciated the available coffee/tea 24/7. Good location if you are able to walk 13 mins to St George Street with all the shops, restaurants & bars. And loved the antique shops just north of hotel, plus close to trolly stops.. Again, a great location for everything. "

"Room was clean and neat. S one desk staff appeared to not know the conditions of rooms and available for occupancy. We requested early check in and were willing to change out room type to get in but the women at the desk told us we had to wait because no rooms were available. Then after waiting 90 minutes the staff changed and the women at the desk said no problem and got us into a room. Breakfast was way overpriced and service was so slow we went elsewhere. "

"Everything was good. I found the major attraction near by. I would like to mention a good customer service offered by Olivia, the receptionist. She was very helpful and courteous. I will like the hotel to have more chargers for electric vehicles. This hotel has one only."

"Our room was very small and although it seemed clean it really wasnt clean. Hot water was a problem. The toilet rm was separated by a curtain and the tub and vanity are in the room. Overall kinda dingy."
