Great hotel but getting a little dirty, needs some updates such as stained carpet replaced. The $30 valet parking is very expensive and should be included in the price of your stay as it is a requirement. Very nice staff, great pool and fitness center.

Parking is valet-only for $29+tip. Not mentioned conspicuously on web site. The valet drives your car 30 ft to the parking lot. There is no need for valet, except to squeeze you for more money. Hot breakfast was lame. Frozen omelet patty and potato-pepper mix microwaved and served room temperature. Bathroom floor was dirty in corners. Otherwise, room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was nice, but it's hard for them to be helpful if they can't understand what you're saying.

I didn’t like that we had to pay $30 to park. I didn’t like the breakfast eggs. I really expected Hilton to do better. It’s eggs - stop buying the cheapest of everything. Those are my only complaints! So not too bad really lol

We will NEVER stay here again. The staff was rude amd short staffed and they charged $29 VIP parking per day and did not give you the option to just pay a regular parking fee. Everyone has to pay for VIP and I thought that was very deceptive!!! The breakfast was not good.

Upon check in the Lady had a poor attitude. Other staff resonated this same poor attitude throughout the stay. It was not everyone, but it was enough to notice and have it affect my perception of the hotel. It might be time for some new friendly hires. All my other stays at Hilton brands have been great except this one.

The accomodations were above my expectations. Rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast was as expected. Parking is by valet only and an additional $29.00 a night plus tax. This is not fully explained on their website or at Expedia. Having said that there was never a delay to get our car and the valets were very courteous. On check out there was an error on charges for the valet service as we had 2 rooms and only 1 car. Both rooms were charged. Front desk person couldn't reverse and manager was not on duty. This did get corrected by end of day. I would stay here again and factor in valet service. The surprise left a damper on our stay.

The hotel was very nice. It was clean, the rooms were spacious and the patio/pool area were very nice and welcoming to hangout and enjoy the view of the river. The gym had everything needed and it was modern and spacious. The property was only a few minutes away by car from downtown, which was ideal for our group, although be aware that parking at downtown can be a bit difficult at times. The breakfast was nice an d fresh, however the two nights we stay there they were missing waffles. They could also add more topping for the oatmeal. Lastly the only thing that I did not like was that valet parking is a mandatory. There is no option for self parking.
