Desk staff not familiar with job to assist patron. Sunday, Monday of this week. We wished a cab but they did not know how to take us to restaurant in OldTown Augustine. They reminded me when I said Holiday Inn desk was helpful. They said they were a less Hilton only Garden. Reservation withExpedida said free hot breakfast and and free Parkingtheyckaimed that was not true. So I was charged $20 each day for parking. And would have been charged $15.95 for breakfast each morning. We went elsewhere for breakfast.

The room was clean. The staff was helpful especially the day staff member When we got to our room the TV did not work (no signal). When someone came to our room we were told the TV was broken and we had no cable and that we could only get local channels only, which buffered frequently. There were no other rooms available for us to be moved. We were however given a discount on our room because of the inconvenience.
