Hotel Continental

10/10 Excellent

"I loved this hotel. Close to the train station and all the restaurants. Nice little balcony to take a snack break from all that hiking. Breakfast buffet has everything you need. I'd book this place again if back in Zermatt."

Hotel Jägerhof

10/10 Excellent

"The room is excellent fir three people. However, the shower room is a little slippery and has no handle for support."

Hotel Butterfly

10/10 Excellent

"Great hotel.Would highly recommend."

SCHLOSS Zermatt - CBD & Adaptogenic Spa and Sport Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We were only there one night, unfortunately, but really enjoyed the excellent room they provided us. Most of all was the greeting staff and the bartender ‘hanging’ out with us and sharing with us about them and the area. We did not have dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast was amazing. Even for a one-night visit, this was good choice for us. A warm and friendly environment."

Hotel Parnass

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent customer service 100% resourceful"

Alpen Resort - Spa & Dining

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was only a few minutes walk from the train station but they also had a shuttle that could pick you up from the train station. The staff was friendly and the room was nice with a great view of the Matterhorn. The spa facilities were very fantastic and was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. The only issue we had was they were renovating the room next to us, so the construction noise was quite loud in the afternoon when we checked in. We just spent the afternoon in the spa area so it wasn't a big deal and we were only there for one night. I did mention this at checkout, and they apologized and said that if we had let them know, they would have stopped the work. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Melanie on reception was excellent start to finish. The whole stay was amazing would highly recommend."

Hotel Monte Rosa

10/10 Excellent

"The location was in heart of the city"

Hotel Ambassador Zermatt

8/10 Good

"The room was big with balcony. WiFi was good. The breakfast was good. The staff was good. Bit there was no shuttle bus because of the ramp from the entrance."
