A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location with a stunning view. The room was very spacious and spotless, the hot shower was amazing, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The on-site restaurant was extremely convenient, with a cozy atmosphere and excellent food. On top of everything, the staff were incredibly nice, friendly, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel in the heart of Zermatt. Breakfast and service were excellent and our room had an incredible view of the Matterhorn (when it wasn’t covered by clouds). There’s a good spread of breakfast which was filling and helped jumpstart the day. The room we were in had a stunning view of the Matterhorn. It was a great stay the four nights were there. Would definitely stay there again if and when we come back to the area.

Wonderful staff! Great location, warm and cosy room. Very comfortable bed and very clean, with a large balcony. The only issue was nothing about the hotel but the people above us were very noisy and stomped around all hours of the night which woke us up! Or kept us awake. Very creaky floor. However it didn’t effect our stay in beautiful Zermatt!
