"Nice pool deck and bar. Good food and drinks at both the pool bar and restaurant. Restaurant could do with more vegetarian options, all thy had was pizza or salad and the pizza oven was not working while we were there. Rooms are a little dark and quite small. "

"My wife and I stayed for several nights in April. The old church turned convent turned hotel is lovely and very well located in Old San Juan just off a small square with a fountain. Cobblestone street leads past a large cathedral and many shops, ending at a park and old arched wall. It is historic. Office staff were helpful and friendly, making change for a large bill with no trouble and recommending a local restaurant that was excellent. "Beautiful place on the outside and lobbies. Great location too but my room was not so great. The room was very dusty, don’t know when the last time someone stayed there. And I don’t know the last time the shower was scrubbed!"

"The room is spacious and nice. There were 3 of us and the sleeper couch was not comfortable at all. The water takes a while to warm up so the shower was a little on the chilly side. The jacuzzi was dirty and didn't use which was a disappointment. The shuttle was out of service. The Lyft was reasonable $5 to $10 for 3 of us to get to Old San Juan and the cruise port. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us keep our luggage there after check out. They were there late for check...

"Location was center of the city. It was everything we needed for my husband and I. We did not mind the small bedrooms for the price we paid, thought it was very reasonable!"

"Excellent location, great walking distance to old and new San Juan and several beaches. Staff very friendly and helpful with excellent suggestions for food and outings. Connivence store, bakery, bars and restaurants nearby. We would have enjoyed our time more and would come back if it weren’t for the intermittent water outages. Overall an excellent experience in which we were able to enjoy our time in the private courtyard and pool area which was quiet and cozy."
