"The room when we walked in smelled like old mildew. "Everyone was so polite and helpful"

"Everything was amazing!!!!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The room was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. "Excelente"

"No tea/coffee, shower was luke warm, TV volume was barely audible, texted the property manager about wi-fi, Crystal the property manager did not respond, The worst part was the outside noise during my 2 night stay- unbearable, so hardly slept, there were no curtains/drapes in my room. It was a terrible stay. All in all, a terrible stay for over $440 that I paid. I definitely would not never stay here again."

"We loved our stay! The place is very spacious, super clean, and perfectly located in Old San Juan. It was perfect for our family of five. We truly recommend this place!"
