The young lady who welcomed us at the front desk was amazing our entire stay. She really cared about making sure her guests were happy and comfortable. I will stay again at this property. The rooftop restaurant is a must for at least one meal during your stay.

Great hotel with excellent location. But be aware that it is a boutique hotel. Only two small elevators for the whole hotel. You can hear everything in your room, your neighbors and everything going on outside. Walls are paper thin. But overall, good.

This small hotel is in a perfect location on the edge of Old San Juan. You can walk anywhere and avoid the endless stream of cars going into the Old city. Some people complained of noise but our room was quiet and lovely. The restaurant on the roof is fantastic ( get the ceviche). If we had stayed in one of the big hotels away from the old city it would have been a completely different experience. Definitely visit the forts and the Museum of the Americas is a gem.

Front staff very helpful, we arrived early in the morning due to flight delays and they offered extended stay that we can sleep.
