"This location and modern aesthetic cannot be beat in old San Juan. The staff is incredible and made our stay more memorable. With all the local things to do we forgot about the rooftop until our last night and that was a mistake the views are breathtaking. Don’t skip on this hotel if it’s available. Also their cafe has a great latte! A must if you’re staying in old San Juan. "

" Room was clean and elevators were a plus, nice roof top area with shade, hot tubs, sitting areas and a view. The young lady (Arianna) at the front desk was amazing very friendly and helpful, from hotel it was a short walk to many eating places. If you like being in a historic area this is the place to be "

"The room has a beautiful view. They need to touch up the balcony area though. A little paint and the railing could be tightened up a little. The couch inside the room needs a good cleaning or maybe just an upgrade. If your getting breakfast included don’t think there’s this big old breakfast you can chose from it’s basic. Coffee, muffin or a jimmy deans egg and cheese croissants. Hotel was clean the staff was friendly. The machine you have to use to check your car in and out was so annoying some days it work right away somedays it didn’t. Overall I liked the hotel it was a 7/10."
