Overall my stay was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A bonus was the location of this property, it’s roughly a 15 minute drive from the airport and restaurants/shops/bars are very close, everything is roughly a 10 minute walk or less. Would definitely recommend staying here for a cute, clean, and affordable place

I absolutely loved my stay after having to take a loss on a previous booking that was quite a bad experience. Booked at casa las ruinas. And honestly I could not have asked for a better outcome. Also both Janielys and Luis (front desk) were fantastic folks to chat and get to know from them. They were both extremely helpful and I honestly owe them both my flowers. 10/10 completely recommend booking a stay here.

I found the location to be perfect for our short stay in Old San Juan. The studio room was clean, comfortable and perfect for a short stay. I would highly recommend this location and this hotel and would gladly stay here again. The staff was friendly and accommodating and everything about it was wonderful.

This hotel deserves more stars! As soon as you walk in you can just feel the calmness the hotel has. It so beautiful inside. It’s super clean and the workers are all very friendly especially the lady that was in the storage room, she was the cutest! I solo traveled for the first time and I felt so comfortable staying here. I’d definitely book again!
