"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was great — the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. The only small downside was that there wasn’t a proper mirror in the room, which would have been very convenient, especially when getting ready. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!"

The hotel arranged a transfer from the airport for USD 30, well worth the money for the absence of stress alone!"

Sam especially caught my attention with how much she ensured I got everything I needed from trip bookings to city experiences. Check-ins to make sure I got everything I needed. Or Rosie packing me snacks and making me coffee to take with me during my checkout. Breakfast was fantastic and it’s easy to see why this place is rated 10/10. Bedroom was neat and cozy and tidied promptly. I honestly think this may be the best hotel in Hanoi. Lest I forget, the spa was great. Everyone I encountered treated me like they owned the hotel and wanted to give the best experience. I would love to visit and stay here again."
