"Terrible service long check-in and checkout lines, closed buffet and was not notified of this elevators horrible the worst I’ve ever seen one was broken, à la carte restaurant booking absolutely ridiculous, room look like they haven’t been updated in 20 years. Half the stuff broken in rooms, had to order coffee to room each morning cause no coffee provided, paid $5 a day for that and took 35+ minutes for someone to pickup the phone and bring it to me. Absolutely horrible hotel some staff very good others rude"
