"The Cuisine was excellent, the staff was amazing & always friendly, the rooms were fantastic with marble bathrooms & marble showers, the maid staff was totally top shelf professionals, and for the Ferrara Family, there is no better resort in Mexico. Kempinski is the clear winner as best Cancun resort. Joel, Ronald, Javier, Reynoldo, at the poolside service & Cassitta Restaurant were terrific, these guys are just hell bent on making you wanna keep coming back to Kempinski, the young man & young...

"A great property. It is a condominiums building, beach front in the Hotel zone. I liked it. Rooms and bathroom was very clean. Premses were clean as well. Rooms has a Kitchenette. Good lightning, comfy beds. Restaurant was ok. I wold stay again"

"Typical AI, time share sales pitch to start. Once that’s out of the way there is a main pool for the boisterous crowd, two side pools for less chaos and a preferred club member pool. Lots of restaurants and other areas to spread out to. It’s mid-range in noise, so probably not a good fit if you want a 24/7 party resort, and not great for those who only want peace and quiet."

"staffs are hard working on clean room everyday. full of smile to service us. beach view is good and clean the seaweed on the beach every morning"

"The buffet all inclusive the food was pretty bad breakfast okay but beyond that was very disappointed if they fix this the resort would be unbeatable"

"I just went on my first family trip with my 3 year old daughter and wife and stayed almost a week and I have to say it is really worth the stay! I rented a vehicle and the self parking is really convenient as it is really close to the lobby. Clean surroundings, big rooms with beautiful sea and hotel views and helpful staff when needed! The only thing to keep in mind is that even that is an all inclusive hotel, food menu in the hotel is limited, they do not have a lot of options but the ones that...

"It has a nice beach, but the food is not good, the employees are not friendly. You can't make reservations at restaurants. They tell you that at 9:00am when you want to book it says that there is no more availability We stayed 4 nights and we couldn't have dinner at the restaurants you need to book."

"totally good"

"Had a great time Pedro front desk was great.Alan and Cristian at pool bar great service."

"👍👌"

"I had a really bad experience at this location. There was something unknown in the bed that caused me itchiness and redness on my face. I had to buy some medication at the pharmacy for that . The clerk noticed how bad was my face when I checked out and told me he was going to request fumigation, a little too late for me."

"The property is beautiful but very rundown, it is in desperate need of a remodel and looks like they are working on that. Our toilets did not flush properly and we never had hot water. On the other hand we had a huge beautiful suite with 2 bedrooms and our own private pool for way less than the major named hotels so could not beat that. The employees were very friendly and always helpful. I would totally go back but if they get this place remodeled to it's former glory I will probably not be...
