"Great stay in a lovely hotel. The owner was charming, friendly and fun and gave an excellent display of first class customer service. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We left too early for breakfast so they made up packed breakfasts for us too. Some of the alcoholic drinks in the mini bar are free too! Bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean, tidy, modern and well kept. Parking right outside too."

"A one night stay plus breakfast. Good. No issues. Not that it was an issue for my stay but for future reference to consider permitting dogs. Maybe allocate some rooms for o/night stay with dogs. Wonderful countryside location. You advertise walks. Missing out on a key £ market!"

"Eckington Manor is a lovely hotel with very nice rooms, set in beautiful grounds, a short distance from Cheltenham. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As the hotel is a little remote, we decided to eat in the hotel. The food was excellent as was the breakfast. Would definitely recommend and will no doubt return if we are in the Cotswolds."

"We thought the breakfast buffet choices were limited, however the cooked breakfast was hot and plentiful. The staff were very efficient. Dinner was most enjoyable in a lovely dining room and the bar service was very good. Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade with a four poster bed, this was a lovely surprise. Parking was onsite without additional charge. If you are planning on walking the Malvern Hills this Hotel is in the perfect location."

"I originally booked my stay at the Rising Sun Inn because I was in the area to see Van Morrison. What I didn't expect was how much I'd enjoy everything else the hotel has to offer. The inn was comfortable, welcoming, and a great base for exploring the beautiful countryside. One of the highlights of my trip turned out to be the wonderful hiking opportunities right around the hotel. "Excellent positioned room overlooking river. Quiet although hotel busy. Very comfortable bed. Nice decor. Bathroom spacious though back of door not cleaned lately! Staff helpful. Breakfast and dinner excellent. Only small minus after they had lost that we'd prepaid for a meal . They were polite and I believe a new computer system was the problem but could've said sorry. Overall very enjoyable stay."
