We were given a room upgrade upon arrival and were very impressed with this property, it is a lovely location and the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Oliver on reception. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

Nice hotel. Rooms a touch dated and with no Aircon (but the hotel doing all they can to help guests during the hot weather). Amazing breakfast! And lovely additional facilities like mini golf and outdoor chess, etc. Pool was nice but a little dirty (stuff floating around at the bottom). Paying extra for a dog friendly room should have been flagged at booking not check-in. Also didn't expect to be charged to use the mini golf (and ultimately wasn't - the charge was apparently waived when we settled our bill) - would have thought that'd be free to guests.

Great Hotel for Family Stays and Golf. Staff members were helpful the evening meal was to a good standard. Swimming pool / Gym well run with good facilities. Warning to people using the pool you may need to check when the Daily Aqua Aerobics classes are on as the pool closes during these period and hotel guests need to work around these.

Great room cleaned everyday. Swimming pool warm and clean the kids loved it. Mr Chin on reception very helpful and gave advice about where to visit. Would come again. Restaurant could have more food choices but what was there was delicious

Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. During our 10 night trip, the Hilton Puckrup was the most expensive hotel we stayed in & by far the worst. They have a sign at reception telling you they have bugs!! Big red flag. The receptionist told us the rooms were very hot & because the there wasn’t any air con we can cool down in the hallway?! Then gave the kids a voucher for a free hot chocolate! Bizarre. The smell of mould in the hallway was horrendous!!! The room felt like a care home. The bath plug was full of hair, absolutely disgusting. The windows were filthy & full of dead insects, cobwebs so clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. During the night we found 2 enormous spiders crawling out from behind the mirror in the bathroom. Avoid room 149. We set our alarms early for the next morning so we could get out of there. Avoid at all costs!
