"We had a wonderful stay at the L’Signature hotel this past week while visiting Hanoi.
Our room was clean, comfortable and very nice amenities.
The location near the lake allowed us to walk to many of the sights around the Old Quarter making our stay more enjoyable!
We also enjoyed interacting with the staff, they were very friendly and most helpful when we were planning our trip to Ha Long Bay. Our flight home was late at night and they allowed us to store our luggage for the day and also access...
"The reviews are real. This place is legit. An older hotel that is very well cared for. Diligent helpful friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good spa. Great rooftop bar. Great neighborhood. Near the lake (which is a real hub, especially in the morning). This is probably the best mix of western amenities but still feels like an authentic Vietnamese experience. Strong recommend. "
