The staff are incredibly helpful and so welcoming, the facilities are great and immaculately maintained and the rooftop bar is an added bonus! The location is also perfect as it’s walking distance from the main attractions and also right by the lake. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Hanoi."
