"Great location for exploring Hanoi.
Property was good value for money but if I was returning I would spend a bit more and stay somewhere else.
Breakfast was ok, some food looked like it had been out for several days and there was no one around to order cooked food from"

"Great location! Situated in the back of a street so you can have a restful night, but still be close to all the attractions within walking distance. Staff are friendly. Free breakfast was a plus and good food. Hotel is a little dated but well-kept. Would stay here again "

"Estancia encantadora, el lugar era agradable y limpio, y el personal del hotel fue muy servicial, ¡especialmente Jennie! ¡Ella ayudó a organizar todos nuestros viajes y fue de gran ayuda con todas las recomendaciones!"
"This was my first stay in Hanoi, Vietnam and it was the best decision. From the moment you step in front of this hotel, you know it is going to be magical. The architecture in the lobby alone is enough to make you never want to leave. The staff was super kind and helpful which was honestly the cherry on top. My group consisted of eight people and we were all very grateful to have stayed here. Please don’t skip the rooftop, the bites and cocktails up there are amazing!"
"Thank you so much to the staff here at Hotel du LAC Signature for making our stay here such a delight. This hotel was aesthetically pleasing, extremely clean, and served high quality food for breakfast. My fiancé and I couldn’t stop taking photos-videos of everything. The employees here were so professional, patient, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure we had an impeccable experience. Thank you once again, we will return here on our next trip to Hanoi!"
"Our stay at Solaria Hotel exceeded expectations and we are sad that we didn't book a longer stay.
The location is excellent, next to Hoan Kiem lake but on a quiet street. Easy walk to the Old Quarter, St Joseph Cathedral and train street.
Check in was exceptional and Grace took the time to personally welcome us, explain the hotel and the surrounding area and ask if there was anything we would like to do or see before we left Hanoi. She went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble for her. She made a reservation for us at MIAs restaurant (highly recommend) and surprised us by organising a birthday dessert for me. Truly a special person and a credit to the hotel.
The rooms are well appointed and the bathrooms are very grand. We slept very well and then enjoyed an exceptional breakfast buffet. You may order from a menu with eggs/cooked breakfasts made to order and enjoy the large selection from the buffet, including a coffee machine and the excellent Vietnamese coffee.
Upon checking out the hotel organised a very nice car to transfer us to the airport and presented us with a gift. We were very touched and couldn't believe that we had received this level of service. We didn't get to say goodbye to Grace but we have left Hanoi with very special memories and feel that her customer service has played a big part. If we are ever back in Hanoi we would only look to stay at Solaria Hotel. Thank you Grace and all of the team."
"The staff were truly outstanding - so helpful and kind. They did everything they could to ensure we had a great stay and time in Vietnam - helping with activities and ensuring our comfort both inside and outside of the hotel. The location was great and right in the hustle and bustle of the old quarter, yet the rooms were quiet and a great get away. "
