"This is a perfect hotel to stay in when visiting Hanoi. The hotel is really well located and walking distance from a lot of things. It is clean and well decorated. Breakfast was delicious, there was a buffet selection and an additional menu that you could also order from. The staff are so friendly and kind. I was unwell with food poising during my stay and they couldn’t have done more to help. Thank you so much! "

"The hotel let us check in early which was nice. The room was fine. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator was not cold enough. We were told not to throw toilet paper in the toilet and to put it in the bin which I was not used to. The safe had problems but they fixed it
Breakfast was just ok. Not much selection but you can order fried eggs and bowl of noodles. They had umbrellas for the guests to use. Overall for the price it was fine for a small boutique hotel. Staff was friendly. "
