Family stay in Hanoi

Highly recommend staying in this hotel when in Hanoi. It's location is best as it is close to many shops and restaurants. All the staff is friendly and welcoming. Spacious clean room and we like the breakfast buffet.

Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Place isn’t bad, but better, cheaper, friendlier options all over Old Quarter in Hanoi. Wouldn’t stay again.

We enjoyed our stay!

Well-located in the historic area, the hotel is full of charm with super friendly staff. The receptionist and manager remember our name during our stay, which is quite impressive! The deluxe room is spacious and clean, with a window overlooking a small part of the street outside. There is also a sky bar/restaurant and a swimming pool, which we highly recommend. The food is good considering its afford price.

We had a family room with balcony, which was great as the kids had their own room with two twin beds and we had our own master bed room with balcony view. The hotel was in the heart of the old quarter area so it was very easy to walk around. Lots of food option! The staffs were all very helpful. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Hanoi.

Lovely property and very comfortable room right in the heart of old quarter. Unfortunately, due to the typhoon, we had to check out at 2:30 am to catch our rescheduled flight so we didn’t get to try breakfast. The room is spacious and well appointed.

This is an amazing hotel in the Old Quarter, central to everything. We were at the back of the hotel, so very quiet as the streets are noisy and there is often live music in the street close to the hotel. Staff are very attentive, and friendly and are happy to talk about their country and way of life. Many thanks to Chester & Don. We would definitely stay here again if we went back to Hanoi.

Excellent service from check-in to check-out. We booked to Junior Suite which was lovely & super roomy. The balcony was nice & quiet with privacy. The room décor was lovely, and the coffee machine was a nice touch. The staff were very accommodating & nothing was too much trouble. Complimentary mini bar & afternoon tea was a nice surprise during our stay. Thank you Don for helping us find our feet. Hotel location was great & close to everything, we had the world at our fingertips! Room service was ultra quick, thanks guys. Breakfast was plentiful & accommodated for all needs. Nice pool and an absolute stunning g roof top bar area. A special thank you to An (?). After checkout An asked if we required a taxi for our next destination.
